Terms and Conditions

Insight Pest Solutions America provides residential pest control services in accordance with the service agreement selected by the customer and the terms shown here.

Services are recurring residential service plans, not one-time treatments. The customer agrees to make the premises available for service, contain pets and animals during the technician's visit, and pay the subscription or service fees described in the agreement.

Covered pests and service frequency are determined by the agreement. Services may include inspection, exterior treatment, targeted interior treatment when needed, scheduled recurring services, and eligible re-services under the applicable guarantee.

Service scheduling is based on route availability and seasonal pest pressure. Visit dates may vary to accommodate routing and weather conditions.

Automatic payment authorization, when selected, authorizes Insight Pest Solutions America to charge the designated payment method for recurring subscription fees and other charges associated with the agreement. Cancelling automatic payment does not cancel the pest control service agreement.

This agreement does not guarantee against present or future damage to buildings, contents, or property caused by insects, rodents, wood-destroying organisms, bed bugs, cockroaches, termites, stinging pests, wildlife, or other pests.

  • Insight Pest Solutions America focuses on residential pest control and does not provide commercial pest control, apartment, or condominium service through this website.
  • The service does not cover termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, gypsy moths, grubs, wildlife, or any pest not identified in the customer's agreement.
  • Insight Pest Solutions America's liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered under the applicable agreement, except where a state law requires otherwise.
  • Failure to pay in full may terminate the agreement and may result in applicable collection costs or termination charges.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and service-related text messages from Insight Pest Solutions America at the phone number provided. Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, service notifications, account or service updates, and promotional offers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

New York Cancellation Rights

Three-Business-Day Right to Cancel. For covered New York transactions, the buyer may cancel without penalty or obligation any time before midnight of the third business day after the transaction date.

Refund Timing. If the buyer cancels within the applicable period, payments made under the contract are returned within ten (10) business days after the seller receives the cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction is cancelled.

How to Cancel. To cancel, deliver or mail a signed and dated cancellation notice or other written notice to INSIGHT PEST SOLUTIONS NY LLC, 2 Townline Cir, Suite #6, Rochester, NY 14623. If mailed, the notice is effective when properly addressed, postage-paid, and deposited in the mail.

Texas Cancellation Rights

Three-Business-Day Right to Cancel. For covered Texas transactions, the buyer may cancel the transaction at any time before midnight of the third business day after the transaction date.

Service Commitment. Texas general pest agreements include an Initial Service Commitment. If service is cancelled before completing that commitment, except where the money-back guarantee or cooling-off right applies, an early termination charge may apply as described in the customer agreement.

Thirty-Day Discontinuation Notice. To discontinue ongoing Texas service after the applicable cooling-off period, the customer must speak with Insight's customer service team by phone at (855) 489-3640 or visit a local branch office no less than 30 days before the next scheduled service.

No Fee After Initial Commitment. There is no cancellation charge after the Initial Service Commitment is complete, subject to the payment and service-refusal terms in the customer agreement.
